Rebecca Boudreaux, M.D.


Dr. Boudreaux attended medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She continued on through LSU to complete her OB/GYN residency and was named Chief Resident. Dr. Boudreaux is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is currently a member of the East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. 

Special Medical Interests:

Dr. Boudreaux's special interests include laparoscopic surgery (including laparoscopic hysterectomy), uterine preserving surgery such as endometrial ablations, as well as infertility care and high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Boudreaux and her staff are dedicated to providing compassionate care to women of all ages.

In addition to medicated deliveries, Dr. Boudreaux also practices the following natural childbirth options for the low-risk patient:

  • Light diet during labor
  • Ambulation during labor
  • Walking epidural
  • Routine IV not required
  • Intermittent electronic fetal monitoring during labor

Personal Interests:

Away from her medical practice, Dr. Boudreaux enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
